can't receive post responses

I've posted 2 questions, received emails that say "Read and rate the
response" I click on the "Read and rate the response" link, and it opens a
blank page
"http://www.microsoft.com:80/wn3/asp...misc&mid=3f546a93-aa8d-44d1-bfc1-140b545e503f"
So, I have 2 possible solutions out there that I can't seem to access.

I don't know what is causing this error, but have you tried using the Search
function in the web interface in order to locate the messages?
