Can't recombine received multi-part PDF's

My 45 page per minute Copier also scans to E-mail as PDF's. Anything over 7
pages becomes a multi-part E-mail.
Outlook Express recombines these multi-part e-mails nicely but not Outlook
2003.
For now I've created a second address for the copier to send to and
addressed my old Outlook Express to that alone.
I've minimized the Macro security and called my copier safe everywhere.
I'd rather not force the Exec's around here to use two E-Mail programs, It
makes me, my work, and the newly installed Server look Hacked together
(SBS2003).
Do you have any Ideas, or,
My ISP supplies Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam, plus we have Norton a/v, so... can
you suggest how to disable the Outlook 2003 security features from the
registry???

I don't see how Outlook 2003's security settings have anything to do with
it. Why not configure the copier to not split messages?

The Copier has limited memory, so after 7 or 8 pages it sends what it has and
continues scanning. Outlook 2003 then shows all the parts as seperate E-Mails
1/3, 2/3 3/3... and displays the PDF code on the page and the Attachment as
TXT files.
So, how can I convince Outlook 2003 to recombine these multi-part PDF
attachments like Outlook Express does?

You can't. You'll have to save them to disk and recombine them with an
external tool. While I've not used it for exactly that purpose, the
freeware tool UUDWin claims to be able to combine attachments split across
multiple files. See http://www.marks-lab.com/ .
