Can't reconfigure Outlook 2000

I have needed to re-install everything on my notebook.
When re-installing Outlook 2000, I selected the wrong
option ie the network instead of the internet option.
The Microsoft website tells me to change this in 'Options'
on the Tools menu - but this is greyed out. The problem
remains even if I uninstall and re-install.
Is there a way to uninstall and remove EVERYTHING,
including the configuration option? Or what can I do?
