Can't reinstall my addresses

I have had to reinstall my outlook 2002 due to a computer crash. Fortunately I have backed up the outlook.pst files and addresses.pst files. I placed the outlook.pst file in the appropriate folder c:documentsandsettings/(user)/localsettings/applicationdata/microsoft/outlook This has worked for me and I can see my email and my contacts, calendar, etc. But I can't get my address book to work by placing it in the same folder. Whenever, I use the 'To' button in a new email message it can't find the address. How can I get this to work?
