Can't reinstall or uninstall

I installed MS Project Server and need to uninstall because it is not
functioning properly. When I try to uninstall I get an error. I cannot
reinstall because it detects the initial installation. I need a way to
manually uninstall or force the install. I have used all the switches and I
still get the error messages. No matter which switch I used with the
setup.exe I get the following errors.
(1) Installation ended prematurely because of an error
(2) Fatal error during installation

I need help fast.

What did you do to cause the uninstallation to fail?

I tried to uninstall ms project server because it was not running correctly.
I tried to uninstall and the errors started.
