Can't Remove Annoying "Draft" Watermark?

I

Ivor Davies

I have a 48 Page document that contains a mixture of graphic objects
(pictures and charts etc).

While in draft form all pages were watermaked with "Draft", once the
document was finalised I removed the watermark by using the
Format>Background>Printed Watermark>No Watermark Option. This removed the
Draft watermark indicator for pages 1-19, and page 29. All other pages still
have a "Draft" indicator on them.

When I turn off printing drawing objects (Tools>Options>Print>Drawing
Objects) the Draft indicator does not appear on these pages - however this
also removes the other graphic objects that I want to print.

I can't see any evidencee of a "Draft" drawing object being included in the
header or footer on these pages and can only guess it is included sas part of
a previous original template. If I copy and paste the entire document
contents to a new blank document the "Draft" watermark is copied over as well.

So I don't know what this "Draft" thing actually is - it's not a watermark
and it doesn't appear to be a drawing object attached to the header or
footer. I can't select it either by directly clicking or Shift+clicking on
it, so I really can't fighure out how to get rid of it. Your help is much
appreciated.

Figured it out.

Went to View>Header & Footer>Show/Hide Document text

This removed the document text which then allowed me to select the piece of
word-art that was causing the problem.
