Debbie
I am using Outlook 2003 and Norton 2004 Internet Security 2004 Professional.
I am unable to remove the Norton AntiSpam - Outlook addin following these
instructions:
1.. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Other tab.
2.. Click Advanced Options, and then click COM Add-Ins.
3.. Do any of the following:
a.. To enable an add-in, select the check box next to the add-in.
b.. If the COM add-in you want is not listed, you need to add it to the
Add-ins available list. Click Add, click the add-in (.exe or .dll file) you
want, and then click OK.
c.. To disable an add-in, clear the check box next to the add-in.
d.. To remove an add-in, clear the check box next to the add-in you want
to remove, and then click Remove.
As soon as I reopen Outlook the addin is back. Do you have a suggestion for
permanently removing it?
Thank you for your help,
Debbie
