I have MS Word 2003 SP2 and currently use an HP 3210 printer and the MS
software fax printer. I created a Macro and related toolbar button so that,
once having used the faxprinter, I click on HP3210 button to turn the 3210
back to being the default printer. It works fine.
Previously, I had an HP7350 printer for which I had created a similar macro
and toolbar button, which also worked fine.
When I recently changed the HP3750 printer to a new HP3210 printer, I
deleted the 7350 macro in Tools/Macros and then created the new 3210 macro.
Currently, I have toolbar buttons for the 3210 (correct) and the 7350
(redundant).
When I go to Toolbar Options/Add or Remove Buttons, all my five different
macro generated buttons are listed and ticked but greyed-out, including the
7350 button for the deleted macro, so that I can't untick and remove the 7350
button. All the macros/buttons were created in my normal.dot
Any ideas to resolve this issue will be most appreciated .
