Can't replace text

Using a powerpoint file made on a PC, on certain slides of tables I
cannot replace text. If I click on the table, i get a window that says
Format Picture. But none of the items in the window gives me the
option of inserting text. What should I do?

Hi,

The answer is that the presentation doesn't contain an actual table, it
has a picture of a tabl. Hence, you are offered picture formatting
options instead of table formatting options.

Perhaps the presentation was made in an earlier or later version of
PowerPoint from the one you are using and the table was converted to a
picture, or more likely the person who made the presentation simply
inserted a picture, rather than an actual table.
