Can't Reply, Create or Accept Meetings

I have a user who's using WinXP, SP2; Office2003, SP2 in an Windows
2003/Exchange 2003 environment. Whenever he opens an email and tries to
"Reply to All" or create or accept meeting requests, he receive the following
dialog boxed message,

"Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not
valid."

We built his new laptop and installed the Office Suite one month ago along
with 9 other users with the same desktop configuration. But no one else is
reporting the problem. Does anyone know why this is happening and what'll
resolve it? Thanks in advance!!

I'd try a new mail profile.
