We have a user who is using Outlook 2007. He is unable to reply or
forward email from one particular sender who is using Outlook 2003. He
presses send and nothing, doesn't go to his outbox, composed email
just sits there.
For some reason, he cannot turn the email reply/forward into a plain
text message. That button is not functioning, just doesn't do
anything.
If he removes the signature logo from the sender's email, then he can
reply/forward no problem. We checked the sender's signature (he's
internal to our employer) and it is set up like we usually do: the
logo is stored on his local drive, it is a small jpg).
We're a bit stumped. Hoping to avoid re-installing Outlook or
something that big.
TIA
