Can't reply or new email In Outlook Web Access - email shows "x"

The body of the email when i try and reply or create a new message shows an
"x" like it was a blocked picture. Can't find any IE settings to make it
work. Ironically, it does work if I try a different browser.

Any ideas?

First idea would be try posting to an Outlook support newsgroup, since this
one supports the OneNote program only. Make sure to mention which version
of Outlook you're using, and what updates you're running in addition to any
add-ins in place.
