Can't Republish Assignments

Hi

I have 1 project where I can't republish assignments.

On all other plans I select all tasks click ...
COLLABORATE¦PUBLISH¦REPUBLISH ASSIGNMENTS
and I get a dialog box where I can chooses tasks and
becopme the manager of selected assignments.

But on this 1 project I don't get the dialog box displayed.
It just seems to save the plan instead!

Any idea why this might be?
