Can't Restore Office 2003

For some reason all my office apps require me to resave a spreadsheet, word
doc, or whatever, anytime I try to modify and resave something. I get a
window that says it has to restore the file and asks if I want to send the
save info to MS.

I've tried the restore function that came with the Dell but it will not work.

Can anyone tell me how to restore Office 2003 so I don't alway get the
restore function? I'd like to be able to save a file as I once did under
Office.
