Can't right click in access 2000 or 97

I am unable to right click in access 2000 or 97. I can
right click on all other applications on my brand new
machine. Getting a new mouse did not help. Anyone else
have that problem, or know how to fix it?

Use the Menu Tools / Startup ... and make sure the "Allow Default Shortcut
Menus" option is checked.
