Can't run PPT

I've installed MSO Standard (complete) as the local administrator on a
workstation. PPT runs fine after installation. But, when the user logs in
to the network via Novell (with local admin rights) PPT responds with
"PowerPoint has not been installed for the current user. Please run setup
again."

I've never seen this before. Anyone know what's causing this?
