cant save as webpage

One of my users cant save his drawing as a webpage using visio 2003, ive
tried reinstalling the software and had no luck, it lets you choose the
option and were to save it, but then nothing happens and the file isnt were u
tried to save it too.
Has anyone else had this issue?

is it being saved locally or remotely? what version/level of visio?

Just trying to save locally.
He is using Visio 2003 sp2 (11.5509.6568)
