Can't save default fonts in the envelope options - HELP!

This is most frustrating. My document font is Times New Roman. When I
highlight the address and hit Tools, envelopes and labels on the toolbar,
the address is correct but the font is Arial. I'll change the font for the
address to Times New Roman and the return address as Times New Roman,
pressing "default" in each case after changing the font. I'll then print
the envelope and get returned to the document. When i look back in the
envelope the font I'm back to Arial. What gives? I can't get the font in
the envelope & label are to STAY PUT. HELP (please).

Try modifying the font within the Styles called Envelope Address and
Envelope Return. I'm not sure which version of Word you are using
(sounds like Word 97 maybe). I have seen cases where Word seemed to
ignore the font you pick from witin the Envelopes and Labels Options
but kept the font if it was set in the Styles. You can modify the
styles even before you choose Tools, Envelopes and Labels.
