Can't save final without reed/green markings/underlinings

I typed a document in word and it had underlings, misspellings, etc.,
underlined in red or green. I made the corrections and then saved to final. I
then tried to attach and send in an email but the email, when received, still
contained all of the red/green markings. How do I get it in final without
markings.

Did you make the corrections by actually changing things or by just ignoring
the errors? What you set to ignore will not necessarily be ignored on
another system. Also, adding a word to your custom dictionary won't add it
to anyone else's. If you want to send a document that will not show red and
green "error" markings, choose "Hide spelling/grammar errors in this
document."
