Can't save in JPEG format

Yama.

After I installed Office 2003 on a Windows 2000 Pro
system, option to save a bitmap file in JPEG is not
available. I used to be able to create a bitmap file and
save it in jpeg format but jpeg option is not available
now.

Any idea?

Is this a program or are you getting the image from the Internet? If it is the
latter, your cache is probably full, in IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files.
