Hi,
Last year I created a Public Calendar folder with a custom
appointment form. Everything worked well for several
months.
The way it is set up, every 6 months I use excel to create
appointments at specific days and times of each week in
Outlook at times that planning consent advisors are
available. Staff then edit these to book appointments.
Individual appointments are scheduled to avoid the problem
where staff previously edited the entire recurring
appointment series instead of individual appointment only.
(not sure if you needed to know all that... but I feel
better for having said it <grin>)
Anyway, I can no longer create appointments either using
the code in Excel or directly in this Public folder. The
error message is...
"The item could not be saved to this folder. The folder
has been deleted or moved, or you do not have
permission..."
The folder has not been deleted or moved. I have owner
permission.
How has this situation occurred? More importantly, how do
I resolve this?
Any ideas or suggestions appreciated![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
Cheers
