Can't Save or Open Attachments

When I receive .html or .am(Anark Media) files as email
attachments, they appear greyed out and won't open or
save. Is there a workaround?

Tools ---> Options---> Security--->uncheck "do not allow
attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially
be a virus"
