Can't save or publish my changes

I can't save or publish any changes I make to one of my websites. When I
choose 'save' it asks where to save it to and I can't create a web folder for
this particular website because when I try, it comes up with an error message
which says 'Cannot connect to the webserver. The server may be too busy or is
unable to resond'.....does anyone have any ideas?

I open the web site by typing the address into microsoft explorer...I then go
to 'page' and 'edit with microsoft office frontpage'....I am able to edit,
but I can't save....

Open your website with FrontPage. Quite often using IE to open a
website only opens the page in the IE cache (that is Temporary Internet
Files)

Open FrontPage
File->Open Web (or File->Open Site in FP2003)
Browse to your web site. If the site is on the server then type in the
web address (same as you would in IE), but you must include the http://

Example:

http://www.example.com

Thanks - when I do this, it says 'The folder '...' isn't accessible. The
folder may be located in an unavailable location, protected with a password,
or the filename contains a / or \.' (no / or \ is in the filename.

Is it possible that there is a password on the website which is controlled
by the site hosting company?

There always is a password on the site - if you don't see a request for
a userid and password there is usually something wrong (unless the site
is in your IE trusted sites zone, with logon set to automatic).

Ask your host to run a server health check to sort out the extensions -
FrontPage extensions are installed?

The folder "http://Website" isn't accessible. The folder may be located on
an unavailable volume or protected with a password.
