Can't save project from Professional

I'm getting the following problem while trying to save an existed project in
Project Professional - on click on the save button (or thtough the toolbar)
the application is closed and the project isn't saved and the following
message appears in the Queue in PWA:
Job Type: Project save from Project Professional
Job State: Getting Queued

It happens on different projects but not always. In the projects where this
happens the data isn't different then in others projects. I don't have blank
rows in those projects and it has standard data.
