Can't Save Security Level Change

Hello,

I have Access 2003 (SP2) running on XP (SP2) on a Novell network at
work. I'm tyring to change the "security level" on a database for
test purposes. It's currently set to low and I'd like to move it to
medium. I make the change and click ok, but it does not save. What
am I doing wrong here?
