Can't save to new folder over network

In a new workbook, when I try to save to a HD on the network it doesn't
work. I can create the new folder, but I cannot select it or save to it unless I
cancel the try to save again.

Also, the folder is not saving inside the folder I want but rather on the same
level as the folder it's supposed to go inside.

Anyone else experiece this problem?

Hello Jahn,

This sounds like a problem where the permissions you have on the network
drive don't allow you to have full access.

Is it a Windows based drive? There is likely to be a misconfiguration of the
permissions in Windows. But it's also possible that MacOS is not behaving
properly.

The best way to connect to a Windows based server volume is to use Dave from
Thursby software. http://www.thursby.com
