Can't save to the web

I've published to the web several times at the indicated URL. Now I want to
update and I keep getting an error message the Publisher could not save to
the web, check the URL or internet connection. My connection is fine and so
is the URL. I've checked the box "incremental......" to speed uploading. It
goes through all the steps, but acts like it's taking an incredible long
time. Could it be the host? Or where do I look for help? Thanks. I posted
this in general by error. sorry

Once again, David thank you. I had checked everything and new it was ok on
my end. For someone having this trouble and there seems to be no answer this
was it. The host server had not given enough disk space. Can you believe
it! Thanks again.
