Can't save Word document as HTML

I'm using Word 97 on Windows 98Se. If I use the SAVE-AS HTML feature I get
te message: "the selected text converter is an old version which does not
work with the current version of Word. Reinstal the converter and try again."

However, I cannot find the latest converter on the Office download site.
Please can you point me in the right direction.

This filter does not seem to be in the latest filter pack. Try
