Can't scheduling a meeting, nor inviting people to the meeting

We have Windows XP SP2, Outlook 2003, when this user tried to schedule a
meeting, here were the error messages:
- Outlook was unable to send to one or more delegate
- Outlook Calendar could not complete the operation, one or more parameter
values are not valid.

This user has an IBM X61 laptop.

Please help.
