Can't see Address Book when trying to add Contacts to DistributionList

I've read several posts that correct this issue the majority of the
time, but it's not resolved my issue.

I have a high-end Vista machine with Outlook 2007 and Act!. I've got
the Act contact list visible when I'm trying to Select Members, but my
main Contact List in Outlook isn't visible. When I go into Edit
Accounts, I can't Remove this address book (grayed out) and when I try
to Change it, the box to check it as an Email Address Book is grayed
out.

I'm just stuck here and would appreciate some guidance.
