Can't see all of dialog boxes

I have Office XP Standard for Students. On some dialog
boxes that I bring up I can't see all of the stuff in the
dialog box. For instance, in Outlook when I bring up
Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or Change existing email
accounts and click Next, the buttons on the right are cut
off and I can only see a sliver of the dropdown list and
the button at the bottom. Then Next & Cancel button are
shown clearly.

What's going on? How can I fix it/get it fixed? If it
helps the screen resolution is 1024x768.
