Can't See All of the Global Address Contacts

I am using Outlook 2007. I am attached to our mail server running
Microsoft Exchange 2007.

A little while back I added many contacts to our server. I have also
added
a few new users as well.

When I look at my global address list in Outlook 2007, the new one's
that I
have added are not showing. I posted a question about this in
newsgroups, and was
told that if I turn off Cache Mode, i would probably be able to see
all of them. Sure enough, when i turned it off, I was able to see
all
of the contacts and users in my global address list.


I noticed that I started getting a lot more junk e-mails, and my
junk e-mail folder stayed empty. So I was going to start adding names
to
the blocked senders list, and I received the message "The Junk E-mail
Filter is not available for your Microsoft Exchange e-mail account
because you are working online. To enable the Junk e-mail Filter for
this account, switch to Cached Exchange Mode."


So it's like there's a negative for either way I go, either I leave
Cache Mode off, see all the names, but get a bunch of junk mail, or I
have Cache Mode on, not see all the names, and junk mail gets put in
the junk mail folder.


Does anyone have a solution or any ideas on how I can resolve this
dilemma?

When you say you added contacts and users to your global address list, do
you mean you added them to Active Directory? Have you tried deleting your
Offline Address Book and allowing Outlook to rebuild it?
