Can't see all the directories when publishing with Frontpage

I have Frontpage 2002 and Windows XP. I try to upload from my computer some
of the files and directories which I have created for my site. I use the
command, File > Publish web in the Frontpage menu. But in the window which
opens, under the name "Publish Web", I cannot see all the directories which I
have created for my site. I see only some of the directories and all the
files. I should say that each directory is related to one of the files (HTML
pages) and it contains pictures and graphics for that specific page.

I have already uploaded in the past some of the folders which I cannot see
them now in the publishing window. But I have removed them from my site to
assure there will not be any overlapping between files or folders.

Obviously, I cannot upload the directories which do not appear in the
publishing window.

All the directories and files for my site are stored in the same directory
on my computer.

The folders which I don't see are regular folders which I have created, or
have been created by Frontpage to store pictures related to ordinary HTML
pages. They are not special folders.

Why I can't see all the directories in the publishing window of the
Frontpage ??

If you use FrontPage to publish the site, then all relevant files and
folders will be published whether you can see them or not.

If the folders are named in the form pagename_files you will never see
them in FrontPage. These are ALWAYS hidden.

If the folders have names beginning with an underscore, then use
Tools->Site Settings - Advanced tag, and check the box "Show hidden files
and folders" to display them [the _derived folders will never be
displayed].

Tools | Recalculate Hyperlinks.
Note that if the folder starts with an underscore you will not see it
in FP unless you turn on "view files in hidden directories" in Site
Settings.
