Can't see any clip art downloaded from design gallery

For some reason I can't see ANY clips I try to download
from Design Gallery live. I get the normal download
prompts and I choose to run rather than save, but then it
pulls up the clip organizer and none of the clips I chose
appear at all.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

To reply directly, remove the "nospam" from the e-mail
address.
