can't see appointments or hapenings with take place all day

I work with office 2007 and have a problem. In the tab to make appointments
i'm able to add appointments or hapenings with take place all day. The
problem is that i dont see the tekst of the appointment, but a kind of arrow
witch points downwards. Tht notices me that there is an anniversary of
someone or an conference. I can only see the tekst when i doubleclick the box
in wich that kind of arrow stands.

Can anyone tell me how i can fix this, so that i will be able to see the
texts of the appointments immediately in stead of an arrow?
