Can't see contacts list when sending email

Hello,

When composing a new email, I click on the "To..." button
and get a list from my address book. The problem is that I
don't see my Contacts on the "Show names from the:" list.
Is there any way to be able to get that list on the address
book? Thank you.

Thanks, but for some reason that check box is greyed out
and I can't put anything there. Could this be a security
setting set up by my company? If so, is there a way to
fix this so I can notify the appropriate people? Thanks again.

Your Contacts folder may not be "address book" enabled. So, please try the
following steps:

1. Right-click your Contacts folder and click Properties.
2. On the "Outlook Address Book" tab enable the "Show this folder as an
e-mail Address Book" check box.
3. Click OK.
4. See if the Contacts folder is now displayed in the "Show names from the"
drop down.
