I have a customer who is having problems viewing daily
activities in thier Outlook Calendar. The customer has
to enter two daily activities in order for the first one
entered to show up. What I did was recreate the
customers profile on her PC. She was able to add a daily
activity and see it once this new profile was created. I
added each of the mailboxes she is a delegate for one at
a time and tested adding a daily activity. This function
would work up until I got to adding the third mailbox she
is a delegate for. Once I added a third mailbox, the
customer was no longer able to see the daily activity she
adds until a second one is added. It didn't matter whose
mailbox it was, I tried a few. I went to each customers
computer and removed the delegate permissions for
Outlook, opened outlook and then recreated the delegate
permissions. This did not make a difference. I'm not
sure if putting each person on the same Exchange server
would help. Let me know what you think.
