Can't see free/busy schedule with Outlook 2007

Here’s my problem: I cannot view any other co-worker’s busy / free time
availability. Their status bar shows diagonal stripes and says “No
Informationâ€.

I’m running Outlook 2007 connecting to Exchange Server 2007 (I thought this
would have the best compatibility).
Everyone in my office has set their permissions to read busy/free.
Everyone else in the office (about 20 people) is running Outlook 2003 and
they can see everyone else’s busy/free status. I’m the only person using
Outlook 2007 and I’m the only person who has this problem.
If I use a different machine and log into Outlook 2003, then I can see
everyone’s free/busy availability.

What is happening with here? Is there a known problem with Outlook 2007 and
Exchange 2007?

Sounds like the Exchange server is having an issue integrating the
Availability Service and the Free/Busy Service (which might better be
handled on the Exchange newsgroups).

You may want to review http://www.exchangeninjas.com/AvailabilityServiceFAQ.
