Can't see images in documents

Hi all,

Running Word 2002 with no problems.

The only issue is that when someone sends me a document with any image (such
as a logo), I see the rectangle that holds the image, but I don't see the
image itself. The only way I can see the image is if I do a Print Preview or
actually print it.

I have looked through all the settings but can't see anything that stops it
from showing.

Any suggestions?

Hi Nate,
If you are talking about a real image: look in Tool|Option->View tab->Show
(the first group of items) and remove check mark from Picture Placeholders.
If you are talking about Drawing objects: look in Tool|Option->View
tab->Print & Web layout (the third group of items) and add check mark to
Drawing box
