Can't see IMAP folders offline

Hi,

I'm new. I searched already. Please be gentle.

I use Entourage with IMAP folders (hosted at Dreamhost, Linux not MS
Exchange-based) and I need to be able to view all the folders under the root
(INBOX) when I am offline. I am using a 2 GHz Duo MacBook with Tiger
10.4.10, Entourage version 11.3.6

Online everything works fine - no issues.

To go offline I tried clicking 'Work Offline' and the folders initially
remain visible. However, after closing and then reopening, Entourage opens
in 'Offline' mode, but I can only see the INBOX and its contents. The sub
folders (i.e. With all my filed mail) are no longer visible.

What am I doing wrong? Please help. This has to be simple. I really need to
able to view the contents of these folders offline and I am sure this must
be possible, even with IMAP folders. Please put me out of my misery.
