Can't see other members of workspace

I have a workspace open and it shows the other members as off-line when they
are on. They can send me a message but I can't send them one. Any ideas of
how to correct the problem. It worked lasted week.

I've shut the program down and rebooted with no luck.

make sure your firewall or proxy server is not blocking your ports.
