can't see picture when I uploading the file to my domain

I creat a new website with publisher web design and when I uploading to my
domaine and instend picture I see only blank squer with small red X
I uploading with godaddy.com

The images are in that folder

Do you mean All Five Boroughs ?

There are other spelling a grammar errors, you need to fix as well.
