Cant see portfolio analyzer view

Hi All,
I logged into the project server as administrator and ceated a portfolio
analyzer view.
When i log onto the machine on which project server is installed i am able
to see that view.
However if i goto any other machine and log on as administrator then i
cannot see the view it gives me the following error:

Unable to access the Microsoft Office Project Portfolio Analyzer OLAP cube.

Possible Cause : The cube has not yet been built, or it is currently being
generated, or you do not have permission to access the cube.
How does permission come into picture when i am logged in as the
administrator?
All my users have project authentication and none of them can see it .

verify 2 options:
- IE: trusted sites
- IE: in the trusted sites template:
enable data access accros domains

Hi,
I was not finished yet:
In IE trusted sites privileges: also verify, log on using current username
and password

ps: having MDAC 2.8SP1 also helps

It sounds to me like a permissions issue at Analysis Services level
