Can't see PWA icons in Outlook after Add-On installed

We installed the Outlook Add-on and I can see the program is there when I
look at the Add/Remove Programs window. However, I still don't see the
Project icons on the toolbar in my Outlook Calendar. I also do not see a tab
for "Project Web Access" in the Tools/Options menu in Outlook.

We tried re-installing the Outlook Add-On again and it even said that the
program was already installed. So we did it again anyway - but I still cannot
see the icons in Outlook nor do I see the "PWA" tab under Tools/Options.
