can't see web

ok, it's been awhile since I published a web, so maybe I've lost my mind, but
I publish up my web which is www.hbcvernon.ca, I can see the source when I
click on source, but I can't see the web, nor can I preview it in my
browser, yet the code is all there, occassionally even a page will partially
flash up, what the heck am I doing wrong? I'm using FP2000. Appreciate any
help, thank you
