Cant select shape in any way - please help!

Hello!

I downloaded this template to write my resume. However, when I print it the blue side bar on the left side is cut off. I noticed that the page size was set to US letters, and I'm printing A4, so I chenged it. Now the side bar is cut short on the bottom. I've been trying for the last hour to select the blue shape in order to stretch it to the bottom of the page, but it seems to be impossible!

I would be so happy if somebody could help me!

The blue sidebar is an autoshape located in the document header. Opening the header for editing (e.g. by double-clicking at the top of the page) will allow you to access the autoshape.
