Can't send email - Error 0x800CCC0F

I keep getting this error message when trying to send
email:


Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection.
Possible causes for this include server problems, network
problems, or a long period of inactivity.
Account: 'pop.netzero.com', Server: 'smtp.netzero.com',
Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number:
0x800CCC0F

I thought it had something to do with my Norton's
Antivirus so I uninstalled it. After, I was able to send
email. But about two hours later when I tried to send
another email I got the same message. Help!
