Can't send email notification

I've installed Project Server 2003 on one Windows 2003
machine and Exchange 2003 Server on another Windows 2003
machine.

Whenever I tried to send email notification I got two
error message on my log file.

I think it should be caused by user (NT AUTHORITY\LOCAL
SERVICE) but not sure.

Could anybody give me a help?

It would appear that the Exchange server is not configured to accept the
email relay from the Project Server.
