Can't send email with photo attachment.

Hi!

I have a new mac and an old hotmail account. I can't upload photo attachments easily now to my email as my mac doesn't support the upload tool. (a whole different story! grr)

So i am using entourage. I can send emails from entourage and can attach photos to my emails but the emails with photo(s) just go to outbox and then i get an error message saying the server cannot connect or something? Why am i having this problem?

Well having the entire actual error message would help, but I suspect
that the server either says that the attachment is too big, or flat out
rejects this type of attachment. Either way, that looks like a
limitation on the server used to send e-mails,

as others have asked, what is the error message? Also, does this happen
when you send other files? when you send just one photo rather than
many? when you zip the phot first?
