I am using virgin media service to send and receive my emails using Outlook from Office 2019. I keep getting the message that it can't connect to the server. However, I recieve emails OK. The message only appears when there is an email in the out box. I have check the settings on another computer where the emais work to to virgin media from the same location. This is really frustrating - anyone have any ideas?
